It is recommended that you back-up your device before visiting a repairer because in the worst case scenario they may contact you to ask for your approval for your data to be wiped from the device if a repair requires it.
For customers, once you’ve posted a job, this will be visible to all the fixers. They then reach out to you directly to organise and price. The cost of the repair is handled between the customer and the repairer. No translation is required via the website. For repairers, once you’ve signed up and have been verified, you’ll be able to see the jobs coming in based of the categories you’ve signed up with. You can change the filter at any time.
For customers, it's completely FREE! No hidden fees no added cost, nothing. For repairers, there is a small monthly fee that once paid, gives you access to leads coming in and any new features we add. Again, once you’ve paid, there are no added fees or commissions to pay. You keep 100% of what you earn.
We filter out any repairers that have alot of negative reviews however, it is up to the customer to check first before hand.
Your request will be posted on the repairer’s job board. They will review your request and send you a quote. This will come directly to the email address that you’ve signed up with. You review the quotes and choose the one you want, press accept and then, your quote will be put in pending meaning you’ll receive no more quotes. Once the job is completed the repairer will contact you and close out the job.
